R3SOLUTE are always looking for ambitious, passionate and committed people to enrich our team and take up volunteering positions.
While work (for all staff) is currently unpaid, we hope to secure sufficient funding to provide some level of compensation in the near future. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a quickly growing organisation at the ground level as we begin to form partnerships with larger organisations, including Ankommer Social Impact Lab, KFW Foundation and International Rescue Committee. Over and above that you will gain valuable experience working for an NGO that empowers refugees in their communities, and create an open dialogue on the importance of productive conflict resolution and mental health.
