Peer Mediators of Marienfelde Refugee Shelter

Since August of this year, the refugee shelter in Marienfelde is equipped with Peer Mediators! The workshops earlier this year were done in collaboration with International Federation Berlin-Brandenburg gGmbH. The mediators will work in their newly established office at the shelter, where they will be available for other community members’ convenience, in case conflicting parties would be in need of mediation.

Here you can see the Peer Mediators together with Helen Winter and Muhamad Naanaa from the R3SOLUTE-team. They discussed their experiences with the shelter‘s management, who are looking forward to this collaboration.
