Together with Albatros gGmbH we arranged a round-table discussion with the newly trained Peer-Mediators in a refugee shelter in Wittenau. We wanted to get insights into any new disputes that might have occurred and how they felt about applying the new conflict transformation techniques since the completion of the workshops.
During the meeting, we discussed questions related to Peer-Mediator’s needs and tried to get a better comprehension of what types of conflicts commonly occur within the community. This helps us to assist and equip the Peer-Mediators with the most adaptable approaches to potential future disputes that might occur. Our team is beyond excited to see another Peer-Mediation clinic being established in Berlin, and we are looking forward to hearing their stories on conflict transformation and peace-building.
